I would like to make that off-white background be pure white. I can use the “Replace Color” tool to select the off-white but I don’t know how to then get that selected color to be set to my desired color of pure white. Check the off white areas now hopefully white with the eye-dropper tool and keep dragging along until the eye-dropper registers 0 colours.

None of the blues matched (all slightly off). By going to Adjust Colors and selecting Add > Replace Color allowed me to match everything exactly in minutes. This was always a pain point. Click on Image Effects & Filters from the menu above your image. Step 3. Choose a specific color using the Tint tool and adjust the slider to control the color intensity. Step 4. Click on Download to save your image in multiple file formats when you’re done. In CMYK mode go to Curves and pull the lefthand slider along.
